Refund & Return Policy – Bhasin Aromatics

At Bhasins Aromatics, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied, this Refund Policy explains your rights and options.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Used diffusers, opened fragrance oils, or partially consumed products are not eligible due to hygiene and safety standards.

  • Free demo/sample units are non-returnable.


2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized/bulk orders.

  • Clearance or sale items.

  • Shipping charges (unless product was defective or incorrect).


3. Refund Process

  1. Contact us at aroma@bhasinaromatics.com with order details and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, ship the product back to:
    Bhasins Aromatics, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India

  3. On inspection and approval, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images/video proof. We will arrange replacement or full refund.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If refund has not been received after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer before contacting us.
